The lodge has great rooms, and dormitory which are all available in place.
At Buffalo Base they have four self-contained rooms with flushing toilets and showers, one dormitory with shared facilities and one banda (a traditional hut). Guests are welcome to join them at their restaurant serving local and international dishes, they have a menu of the day which offers vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. If required, they can prepare food to take with if you need to make an early start. Omelettes and Ugandan ‘Rolex’ are a perfect take-away snack. And, of course they have cold drinks. Relax in their Banda and sip a cold beer after a long day trekking or navigating the dusty tracks of Kidepo National Park!

For those interested in camping, the lodge has a large camping grounds that can facilitate a large group camping. Pitch your tent and set up camp in their garden and enjoy a sundowner around a camp fire. They have plenty of space and direct access from the road for your vehicle. You can cook for yourself or they can cook for you in our restaurant. They want you to feel relaxed and rested when staying with them.
